All sales of colour cosmetics are final — which means no returns or refunds unless your product arrives damaged during transit.

We only accept returns in the rare case of shipping damage. Everything else? Yours to keep and slay.

Used Products & Change of Mind

We totally get it — sometimes you try something and it’s not what you expected. But here’s the deal:

  • Once a product is used or even just swatched (yup, even on your hand!), it’s no longer eligible for a return or refund.
  • We also can’t accept returns or refunds just because you changed your mind about the shade, scent, colour, or anything else.

We’re a small, growing brand and every product is packed fresh, just for you. So we hope you’ll understand our no-returns policy for anything that’s been opened or tried 💖

Received a Damaged Product? We’ve Got You!

First of all — so sorry if something’s not perfect! That’s not the Confetti way 😔
If your order arrives in less-than-sparkly condition, just drop us a note at hello@confettibeauty.in within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll help make it right.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

  • Damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If you're eligible for an exchange, we'll send you the same product again. (No swaps for other shades or products—we want to keep things fair and simple.)

💄 Special Note for Eye Liners:

These little babes are extra delicate, so for any damage claim, we’ll need:

  • An unboxing video showing the plastic shrink wrap being opened
    This helps us confirm the damage happened during shipping and not later.

Good news? Damage is super rare! Our team (and our delivery partners) handle every Confetti package with lots of love and bubble wrap 💕

For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval of the refund.
