At Confetti Beauty, we are committed to deliver  your orders in the fastest and safest way possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details on shipping timelines, costs, and more.

Processing Time

We ship out all the ✨Confetti magic✨ from Monday to Saturday! Once you place your order, we’ll pack it with love and ship it out within 4 working days.

• For metro cities, your order should land at your doorstep in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  
• For other locations, give it 5–7 business days to make its way to you.
  

We’ll keep you updated with tracking info once it’s on the way!

Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer FREE shipping. 

Standard shipping typically takes 7-8 working days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to track your package’s progress. 

Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier issues.

Shipping Changes

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@confettibeauty.in. We can only update addresses before the order is shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Oops, Got Something Damaged?

Yikes! We’re super careful with your Confetti goodies, but if something arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 1 day of receiving your order at  hello@confettibeauty.in with your order details and any relevant photos.

For:  Eye Liners

Because these lil’ cuties are extra delicate, we’ll need an unboxing video that clearly shows:

• The product being opened
  
• The plastic shrink wrap being removed
   This helps us confirm if the damage happened during transit.
  

Once verified, we’ll make things right — promise 💖
